What to send
A photo with the whole thing in it, and a line on what's wrong. Add the neighborhood you're in. If you text it to (310) 857-2520, the price comes back in the same thread, within the hour between 7am and 7pm.
Several jobs at once
Put a photo of each in the same message and they come back priced together, for one visit. If one needs a part ordered or a night to dry, the reply says which, and the rest still get done on the day.
If you're a landlord
Forward us your tenant's photo. We price it the same way and can arrange the visit with them directly.
Something we fixed isn't right?
Text us a picture, the same way you did the first time. If it's our work and it's within the year, the return visit and the fix are on us.
Where we work
We cover Los Angeles County, Santa Monica to Pasadena and the Valley down to Long Beach. If you're not sure we reach you, send the photo anyway. The reply says.
