Handyman in El Monte
A photo of the repair, texted to (310) 857-2520, gets you a price from a handyman in El Monte within the hour. We do small home repairs on deep lots, in small houses and in apartments.
Free to quote. Or text the photo to (310) 857-2520.
Some lots in El Monte run deep and hold more than one dwelling, so tell us whether the job is in the front house or the one behind it. That changes how far we carry the tools.
A picture of the job does the rest, whether you are near Peck Road, Ramona Boulevard or Flair Park.
What you get when you send a photo
- A price within the hour. We text it back, or ask one question if the photo leaves one open.
- The reply costs nothing. That is true whatever you send.
- Open every day, 7am to 7pm. Most jobs go on a morning or an afternoon you pick, and they are done inside the week.
- No surprises at the door. If what we find isn't what the photo showed, you hear it right there, before any work.
- A year on our workmanship. If it comes loose, that visit is free.
Deep lots, small houses and apartments in El Monte
A deep lot with a second dwelling
Send the job first, then one picture from the driveway that shows the way back. Tell us which door to come to and who will be there if it isn't you.
A small postwar house
Take the picture from a few steps back, with the floor and a light switch in the shot, so we can see the size of the job. For a drywall patch or door repair, add a close-up of the damage.
An apartment you rent or own
Give us the floor and show the whole wall, including the nearest outlet if it is for TV mounting.
South El Monte next door
We read the pictures the same way there, so send what you would send from El Monte. The price text tells you if anything about the address adds to it.
When we reach you in El Monte
- We find the right door. You told us front or back, so nobody at the other house gets a knock from us.
- We bring your photo. We compare it with the job, and if it doesn't match, you hear it before any work.
- We clean up the space. That is part of what you were texted.
Your El Monte picture, first to last
- Take one shot from a few steps back and a second one up close.
- Text them to (310) 857-2520, and say which house on the lot the job is in.
- You get a number within the hour, or one question first. It covers our labor and the clean-up, with the parts named in the message.
- Choose a morning or an afternoon that works for whoever will be home.
The wall, the access and the parts are what move it, and we explain how the price is set if you want the detail.
By Whittier Narrows or off the 10 and 605 freeways, send your pictures to (310) 857-2520 whenever you have a minute.
